We were honored to recently have been named one of Universal Instruments 2021 Supplier Quality Award Winners.
This award was presented to us during an event held by Universal Instruments in their Conklin, NY location during their collaborative Supplier Day. 40 people representing 28 suppliers attended the event.
Universal CEO, Jean-Luc Pelissier said the following about the event, “This event was intended to show our appreciation to the suppliers that have supported us throughout the years and particularly in today’s challenging market.”
Suppliers at the event were acknowledged for outstanding commitment and performance in two categories. Eck Plastic Arts won for Supplier Quality for attaining the <1000 DPPM (Defective Parts Per Million) quality metric. Our current DPPM is 220.
We are very grateful to Universal Instruments for this award. We want to congratulate all of the other winners. Most importantly we want to thank our team of quality, hard working people who do everything they can to make sure our quality parts are produced on time and with award winning attention to detail.
