QUESTION:

When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?

N

BRIAN’S ANSWER:

I put myself in the customer’s shoes and think what they need from this company to drive their success and as an entrepreneur myself that’s how I would like to be treated so this method I find is motivational and fulfilling.

When I am not thinking about plastics and projects, or inventing at my home, I tutor high school and college students in physics, chemistry and electrical engineering. When I am not doing those activities I am spending time with my dog Skye (a four year old French Brittany Spaniel), hiking around Ithaca, and sailing the sailboat near Bar Harbor Maine.

THANK YOU, Brian! We are grateful to have you on the ECK team.
