Our fabrication services include CNC cutting, bending and forming, machining, and assembly — with fabrication work primarily performed in-house to maintain close control over quality, timelines, and specifications. In select cases, we strategically subcontract certain fabrication or tooling operations when trusted vendors can deliver the same specifications more efficiently or cost-effectively (such as during tight lead times or specialized tooling constraints). All subcontracted work is managed under our internal quality procedures to ensure consistent standards.
Advanced Equipment & Assembly Capabilities
Our hydraulic brake presses are equipped with CNC controlled back-gauges, and die lengths up to 96 inches. Eck Plastic Arts also specializes in complex assembly processes — from chemical bonding and ultrasonic welding to ESD-shielded electronic assemblies. If your project requires finishing steps to prepare parts for production use, we can complete those through Product Finishing Operations to keep work consolidated under one partner.
In addition to CNC machining, we also have the tools and software for precision engraving on a variety of materials for ultra-high quality covers or instrumental/display panels. While we typically do not design parts from scratch, we can provide manufacturability recommendations — and all CAM programming for fabricated parts is completed in-house.
